Lachlan Brown is a writer, entrepreneur, and mindfulness enthusiast who recently stepped into the most creative role of all: parenthood. Based between Vietnam and Singapore, he’s the founder of Brown Brothers Media, a digital publishing company.
Lachlan holds a Graduate Diploma of Psychological Studies from Deakin University and is the bestselling author of Hidden Secrets of Buddhism: How to Live with Maximum Impact and Minimum Ego. He brings together insights from psychological studies, mindfulness, and everyday family life. His writing often explores how we can live with more presence, compassion, and resilience—values he’s now discovering all over again through the eyes of his baby daughter.
When he isn’t building websites or writing about mindful living, Lachlan can usually be found running in the tropical heat of Saigon, practicing his Vietnamese with his wife’s family, or soaking up the small but magical moments of early parenthood.
Lachlan also writes for The Artful Age.
